An Indonesian woman Cutting her cancer-infected breast for desperation

When you just woke up from the new year’s hang over along with your pals, you might need to come back again to the real world: the reality life of our poor people. As Banjarmasin Post Daily today reports.

A woman named Yurliza of Riau Pekanbaru province has cut her cancer-infected breast because she and her husband simply dont have money and dont find any loan to pay for operation…

The pain, of course, unbearable. The bleeding even worst. Fortunately she’s immediately found by her neighbours and they brought her to the nearest hospital.

So many sad and painful stories like this in our country. Matters getting worst due to the materialistic approach of most Indonesian hospitals: they just won’t accept any patients, whatever urgent the situation is, if there’s no guarantee that the patients can afford to pay.

So, guys if you have a bit more money left-over from last night new year party, send it to her. I’d love to send my little money to her may be through my family at home as international transfer cost too much. Somebody in Riau or nearest area might be spare his/her time to be the fund-raising collector.
