It’s no smoking day today (Saturday) May 31:
The theme of this year’s World No Smoking Day is ‘Smoking-Free Youth’. Health organisations will again put their heads together to ensure complete enforcement of the Prohibition of Smoking and Protection of Non-Smoker Ordinance 2002. .. Smoking kills 4.9 million people worldwide every year and tobacco will be the biggest cause of premature deaths by 2030 – about 10 million every year.
I am happy that I have the luxury to be able to quit smoking. To be part of those who celebrate it. Really am.
