Euro 2008 symbolizes the old adage that the best team with most consistent performance will be on top. There are times when luck “rules” as it happens with Germany in its previous sudden-death matches. But luck never comes everyday and we have to feel for Germany as the luck is no longer there when they need it most. I agree with Nick Webster of Foxsport when he said “Beauty meets the Beast in the Euro 2008 final.”

Drug Traffickers and Death Penalty
INDONESIA on Thursday executed two Nigerians convicted of smuggling illegal drugs to mark the United Nations’ anti-drugs day, officials said.
Samuel Okoye, 37, and Hansen Nwaolisa, 40, were arrested at Jakarta’s international airport in 2001, each allegedly carrying more than three kilogrammes of heroin. They have been held at a high-security prison on Nusakambangan island since their conviction.[...]
