I hardly review a blog owned by a PNS (Pegawai Negeri Sipil) - an Indonesian civil servant. Most of the times I wrote very disgenerous articles–both in my English or in Bahasa Indonesia blogs– to them, the bureaucrats as a people or as an institution. See for example this post:

Wordpress 2.6 Tyner

Wordpress 2.6 released today and announced officially by Matt Mullenweg, the wordpress founder. I know it when I wanted to write a post, there is a link comes up at the top of “write post” menu announcing the release of Wordpress Version 2.6 “Tyner,” named for jazz pianist McCoy Tynerand, urging wordpress blogging platform users to update it. Quantum of Solace James Bond New Film

The latest James Bond film, “Quantum of Solace,” sees the British super spy out for revenge on a mission that takes him to Austria, Italy and South America.

British actor Daniel Craig is back with a license to kill after critics and cinema-goers hailed his debut as agent 007 in “Casino Royale” in 2006, and the first blond Bond looks set to continue the role longer term.

Google Stops AdSense Referral

AdSense Referral, one of Google AdSense ads program along with AdSense for Content and AdSense for Search, has come of age and old enough to stay alive. At least that what Google thinks.

Two Indonesian Diplomats Wounded in Kabul Suicide Bombing

Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan was, and still is, dangerous. During my stay in India, Indonesia embassy for Afghanistan was headquartered in New Delhi for safety consideration. I wonder what make Jakarta thinks that Kabul is now safer for their diplomat to stay than Kabul was five years ago. I believe time is not right for now to put our diplomat in Kabul until America withdraws all of its forces from there. Afghan is dominated by ethnic Pathan, a highly pride people, who are very offended to an uninvited strangers staying in their country for too long for whatever reason.

Wordpress 2.5.1 I Love and Hate

Is your blog using wordpress blogging platform? Have you already upgraded into wp’s latest version (wordpress 2.5.1). Do you like it? Or hate it?

Which part or features of WP 2.5.1 you like the most? And which feautures of it that distract you?

For me, there are two most annoying features of Wordpress 2.5.1. First, If you have two sidebar widgets, you cannot move one widget in sidebar one into another as smooth as before. Instead, you need to delete a widget in sidebar one, then click “sidebar 2″ to copy/paste the widget in sidebar one to sidebar two.
